Shipping Policy
At Sniklet, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for both domestic and international buyers. For international orders, shipments are handled through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. Domestic orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as Xpressbees, DTDC, Ecom Express, registered domestic courier companies, and/or India Post, based on what best suits your location. Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to the norms of the respective courier company or postal service.
While Sniklet guarantees handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 days of order confirmation and payment, or as agreed, we are not liable for delays caused by these external services. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during order placement, and delivery status will be confirmed via WhatsApp at the number provided at the time of booking. Please note that ₹50/- will not be refunded if an order is not delivered, as this amount is used to cover shipping costs.
