Refund Policy
At Sniklet, we offer a 3-day Exchange policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. To be eligible, you must provide a proper unboxing video starting from the moment you receive your order. The item must be in the same condition as delivered—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges for quality issues will not be accepted, as live images of the product are shared on WhatsApp before address verification. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate an Exchange, you can contact us at snikletverse@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6377293303. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that the Exchange item must be sent to our warehouse via India Post at the customer’s expense. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
At Sniklet, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide Exchanges, allowing you to receive a new item in place of the original one or choose another product of the same price range. A fee of ₹100/- will be charged for the delivery of your exchanged item. Once the exchanged item is received, the new item will be dispatched promptly.
